Introduction:
In the descaling system, the high-pressure water produced by the high-pressure water pump passes through the execution pipeline to the nozzle. Under the action of the nozzle, the high-pressure water forms a fan-shaped water jet with great impact and sprays it to the width of the base material. Under the action of this high-pressure fan-shaped water jet beam, the oxide scale undergoes a process of being cut, rapidly cooled and contracted, peeled from the base material, and washed to leave the surface of the base material, thereby removing the oxide scale.
Process principle:
The principle of high-pressure water descaling, on the one hand, making use of the rapid cooling of water to produce temperature difference between the oxide sheet and the billet body, thus the oxide sheet on the surface can crack and achieve mechanical descaling. On the other hand, by the striking force generated by high-pressure water to remove the oxide sheet on the surface of the billet.
Its working water source (0.2-0.5mpa), from the inlet valve to the self-cleaning filter, and then through the pipeline distribution to the high pressure pump. Then through the low pressure butterfly valve (choose to work or non-work state) and the expansion joint (which can reduce the pump and pipeline vibration and noise) to the low pressure water collector of pump, due to the reciprocating movement of the high pressure pump, valves' on-off and nozzle resistance, the pressure in the pipeline is established which can be controlled by operation. Because the fluid end of the high-pressure pump is equipped with a check valve, high-pressure water can only be shot to the billet through the high-pressure one-way stop valve, the high-pressure hose to the high-pressure descaling ring through the nozzle to remove the oxide layer on the billet surface. In order to achieve the best effect, we also installed various accessories on the high pressure pipe, such as the accumulator which can absorb high pressure water pressure pulse and make the high pressure water more smoothly and reduce the hydraulic impact of nozzle opening-closing, the relief valve can ensure the rated working pressure on the pipeline, once overpressure, it will be automatic discharged, which can protect using safety and make the staff work in safe environment.
